Behind every student is a story—and sometimes, barriers get written into that story before they even have a chance to thrive. This award honors student support services staff who consistently go above and beyond to help students facing challenges such as homelessness, food insecurity, safety concerns, academic struggles, etc. It celebrates those who use the PurpleSENSE platfrom effectively to track, support, and address student needs in innovative ways.
We bring together school districts committed to strengthening student support systems, fostering shared learning, and driving continuous improvement. ProUnitas hosts quarterly Think Tanks, where school district leaders collaborate, share challenges, and build community. These dynamic sessions provide a space for brainstorming solutions, co-designing strategies, and learning how other districts adapt PurpleSENSE to their unique needs—sparking fresh ideas and practical improvements for everyone involved.
